Deep in the heart of the friendly neighbourhood of Barceloneta yet a mere five minute walk from the beach lies our recently restored flat for rent. The flat sleeps 5 comfortably, there are two single beds, one double bed and a comfortable sofa bed (pictured left) in the salon. It has a new kitchen which is just off the salon and new bathroom with shower. Every effort has been made to ensure that you will have everything you need for your stay. There are many period features in the flat such as the restored timber beams and doors which complement the clean modern services.
The double bedroom has a balcony which looks onto a quiet pedestrian street. The antique bed was restored and the linen is of highest quality. Each of the rooms has a fan to keep cool in the summer and a heater to stay cosy in the winter months. The balcony has two chairs and a small table to enjoy your morning coffee. The sun will hit the balcony just after lunch.
The single bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers and a clothes hanging rail. There is a balcony in this room which also looks onto the same quiet pedestrian street. There is a fan and a heater too.
The kitchen is new and has a fridge, a microwave, twin gas hob, ceramic sink and plenty of storage space for food and drink. It comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a coffee maker. The window looks onto the pedestrian street and was beautifully hand made by a local craftsman. The sun comes streaming into the salon from this window from just after lunch until late afternoon.
The bathroom is small but has been well thought out, there is a spacious powerful shower and a compact clothes washing machine. There is plenty of space to store towels and all the floor tiles come from a local quarry. There are timber beams in the bathroom too.
